Morning Cup in Oat Speckle
Wheel-thrown stoneware mug, 10 oz, food-safe satin glaze
Thrown one at a time from a mid-fire speckled buff stoneware, this cup is trimmed at the foot until a soft thumb mark stays behind, then dipped in the studio's oat speckle glaze. The interior carries a deep teal liner that pools a little thicker where the rim curves, so the speckle pattern never repeats from cup to cup.
